Now walk towards the right where the stone meets the dirt. This lamp is the easiest to grab, but once you're attached you'll need to swing the right a ways until you are basically right on top of the 'stable.' Once on the stable run towards the broken bridge in front of you with your arms straight/up and jump, making sure to grab the ledge and climb up. Now jump across the platforms until you reach the third lamp. Next, repeat the last step for the second lamp, this one is trickier to get on the first swing. Climb on top of the block, then onto the roof, hold your arms out straight towards the first lamp and jump very close to the edge, if done properly you only need the first initial swing to propel you to the first ledge, but an extra swing won't kill you. Now collect your thoughts because you will have to do this next part quickly, assuming that it's time-based. Now take the cart back to the area with the lamps and put it up against the house. After unbarring the door go back to the previous area and grab the cart with the heavy block on it.
Once you get into the area with the lamps hanging from the wall you need to unbar the door. I say this because I attempted it many time (10-15) before either getting it right or completing it in the allowed time of I believe 1 minute. Done in the Castle level Let me start off by saying this achievement is either buggy or time based.
